NOURISH BATHING RITUAL

Nourish yourself with a hot bath at the end of the day infused with our Lotus Mineral Soak.  The soaking blend includes world renowned Dead Sea salts, blue lotus flower, soothing lavender and grounding cedarwood essential oils.

Make the most of this experience with the following steps:

1. Draw a bath and add 1 scoop of minerals and let steep in the provided satchel.

2. Light some candles and dim the lights.

3. Put on some soothing music and if needed add some white noise to cancel any background noise or use noise canceling head phones to preserve your solo space.

4. Settle into the bath and take 3 minutes to breath slowly and deeply into your belly and deepen into your relaxation

5. Enjoy a good, long soak in this more calm space.

6. After your bath, pat dry and place a few drops of Kidney Love Serum in your palms and slowly massage into the mid back.

7. Follow this with a few pumps of Bosom Love Oil massaged in a gentle circular motion into your breasts.

8. For the final step, enjoy the sensual experience of a full body rub with our nourishing Body Love Oil infused with ylang ylang, and blue lotus oil.

9. Then set aside technology for the rest of the night and enjoy a good book, a stretch or some other relaxing activity.

 

SOOTHE FOOT RITUAL

Soothe your tired feet at the end of the day with a warm foot soak ritual.  Enjoy the relieving effects of our Lotus Mineral Soak, made with Dead Sea Salts, followed by a foot massage with our Lotus Love Balm

Make the most of this experience with the following steps:

1. Find a comfortable place to sit and a vessel to hold water enough to spaciously hold both your feet with water high enough to cover your ankles.

2.  Gather a towel, the mineral soak and balm, and bring to your spot.

3.  Fill your vessel with hot tap water and add 1 scoop of minerals and let steep in the provided satchel.

4. Light some candles and dim the lights.

5. Put on some soothing music and if needed add some white noise to cancel any background noise or use noise canceling head phones to preserve your solo space.

6. Settle into your seat and slip your feet into the soaking vessel.

7. Take 5 minutes to breath slowly and deeply while visualizing all the stress and tension melting away from your head down and out your feet.

8. Enjoy the soak until you feel calm and relaxed.

9. After your soak, gather your towel and pat your feet dry.

10.  Rub a dab of balm into the soles of your feet and gently massage any areas that still feel sore.

11. For the final step, slip your feet into cozy socks or slippers and elevate them for 5 minutes before moving on to the rest of your evening.

 

INVIGORATE SHOWER RITUAL

Cleanse and invigorate your body with an enhanced hot and cold shower ritual. This is an excellent ritual to start your day with energy and more clarity.

Make the most of this experience with the following steps:

1. Gather a towel, our Body Love Oil, and your favorite dry brush.

2.  Step into the shower starting with several moments of blissful hot water.

3. When your body is fully warm, switch the handle to cold.  Step back and slowly bring yourself into the cold water, arms and legs first, then face and then your entire body.

4.  Circle around and let the cold water flow from the back of your neck down your spine.

5. Switch the water back to hot, warm up, and then repeat this process 3 times.

6. Take a final round and end with a short full body cold rinse.

7. After your shower, pat dry with your towel and then dry brush from head to toe.  Feel the invigoration this brings to your skin.  

8.  Rub a dab of balm into the soles of your feet and gently massage any areas that still feel sore.
